One Five Widows Sons
We're ONE FIVE, the East Peoria chapter of the Illinois Widows Sons. Brought together through masonic tradition & a love for motorcycles, then bound by an oath among brothers; we're a family that is ever-growing. We look out for each other and work together to make a difference within our community, offering assistance where we can, to those in need.
The majority of our efforts are focused on helping the local homeless population who is not adequately equipped for the conditions they live in. The other side of that story is to help in preventing others from entering those circumstances during life's setbacks. We deliver clothing and offer a meal multiple times every year at our Help The Homeless Events and this has continued to grow, thanks to the support of our friends within the community.
We offer assistance to individual family needs when they're brought to our attention. Many times, there are unfortunate situations that could become more permanent without intervention. Whether it's helping a family to pay utility bills after an unexpected setback or helping a family to make ends meet while spending time with a sick child in the hospital.... helping with a rent deposit for a family who fell victim to fraud from a landlord or buying gifts for the children at Dream Center Peoria; all funds raised go to helping those in need within our community.
